Mother's Day is the perfect time to make mom, grandmother, or great-grandmother feel pampered. We sat down with Sephora beauty specialist, Kelly Flud, in Omaha to discuss the best make-up tips and products on the market for women over 50.

 The average woman spends 15 minutes on her daily make-up & skincare routine. Kelley has picked out easy to use, double-duty products for the every day lady. Here is our review.

Josie Maran Argan Cleansing Oil & 100% Pure Argan Oil Contrary to popular belief, every skin type needs oil. As we age, skin cellular turnover slows significantly leaving lackluster and dead skin cells to clog pores and wreak general havoc. These oils can be used to moisturize, exfoliate, and even remove make-up.  

Kelly's tip: Add a few drops of the 100% Aragon Oil to boost your conditioner.

Algenist Firming & Lifting Eye Gel, Algenist Firming & Lifting Serum, Algenist Firming and Lifting Cream This triple threat uses Microalgea to increase skins' firmness and elasticity. They are still gentle enough to be used everyday to age gracefully.

Kelly's Tip: Use a q-tip for applying products in jars. This will keep the product from being contaminated, as well as wasting it underneath your nails. 

Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge adds a pretty pigment to cheeks and lips with an easy dab of the finger.  It's a multitasking must.
Benefit Watts Up! acts as a fast highlighter to brighten underneath eyebrows, cheekbones, and right above cupids bow on your lips. 
Laura Mercier Tinted Moistureizer-Illuminating gives skin a dewy glow while keeping it hydrated and protected from the sun (SPF 20).  There is enough coverage to be used alone for a natural-looking foundation. Great for every age; I even purchased.
Clinique Chubby Stick is a moisturizing lip colour that adds pigment without the discomfort of flaking lipsticks.

Benefit They're Real! is long lasting, lash separating mascara that can add definition with just one swipe or built-up to add drama.

Dior Maximizer-Lash Plumping Serum is used before mascara to condition lashes and promote lash strength and vitality.

 Urban Decay Sinful Primer Potion is used before eyeshadow to provide a shimmery base that ensures crease-free eyeshadow for up to 24 hours.  

Anastasia Brow Wiz Pencil is a one-step brow pencil that provides velvety, long-lasting color. It can be used to fill in sparse brows or to create natural looking brows for those that need a little extra something. This is another essential product for all ages.

Benefit Gimme Brow comes with a mascara like applicator that is easily swiped onto brows. It fills in brows while also holding them in place. The colors tend to be a bit dark so make sure to get the right shade for you.
